October 3rd: The WPA District & Prayer Conference is scheduled to take place from Tuesday, October 3 through Thursday, October 5 at Community Alliance in Butler. As it is written in Isaiah 55: "Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat!" We are excited to announce that our keynote speaker for this event will be David Hearn. David is deeply passionate about revival and is guided by the fervent declaration, "Do it again, Lord, do it again!"
October 15th: Mark your calendars for our upcoming Old-Fashioned Hymn Sing, scheduled for Sunday evening, October 15th, starting at 6:00 pm! We are delighted to announce that Paul Cope will once again be with us. Make sure to save the date and join us for this musical gathering! As tradition holds, we'll conclude with a delightful dessert social.
We've discovered a lovely evangelical children's book titled "I Can Follow Jesus" and a pamphlet designed for teenagers titled "The Story of Jesus Christ." The total cost for acquiring both these resources amounts to $764.
If you'd like to make a contribution towards this initiative, kindly designate your envelopes with the label "Halloween Outreach."
Additionally, it's that time of year again when we start collecting candy! Please pass your candy donations to one of our ushers. We'll be assembling treat bags on Saturday, October 14th, at 11 a.m., and we extend a warm invitation to everyone to join us in this joyful endeavor!
Cookbook Project
We're excited to announce the revival of the Beaver Alliance Church cookbook, a project not undertaken since 1992. It promises to be a delightful endeavor, allowing us to share our cherished recipes and even pay tribute to our beloved Beaver CMA community members who are no longer with us.
We eagerly welcome recipes of all kinds. Please remember to categorize them appropriately, indicating whether they are desserts, main courses, appetizers, or any other category. You can find recipe cards in the foyer, but feel free to jot down your recipes on any available paper and drop them into the collection basket.
Our goal is to publish this cookbook in the Fall, creating a wonderful compilation of our community's culinary treasures. Your participation is greatly appreciated!

Kindly keep bringing your stamps to church! If you have any inquiries, feel free to reach out to Joyce Walker. For additional information, just click on the stamp to the right.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation for the stamps you generously contribute to this ministry. The proceeds generated from this effort play a crucial role in supporting the development, publication, and distribution of a new Spanish language curriculum for Sunday Schools throughout Latin America. To date, we have successfully published more than 50 lesson series, which are actively utilized by churches representing 40 different denominations and missions across 19 Latin American countries.
In the previous year, we were able to raise a total of $36,000 through the sale of the stamps you kindly sent our way. Your continued support is immensely valuable.
General Instructions
Carefully trim the stamps. When possible leave a border around the stamp of 1/4” to 1/3” and keep all corner fringe and borders. Please do not remove any stamps off the paper as buyers will not purchase such stamps.
Samaritans Purse
Operation Christmas Child 2022
What is Operation Christmas Child? Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international relief organization. Our mission is to provide local partners around the world with shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies as a means of reaching out to children in their own communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ. We ship these simple gifts outside the United States to children affected by war, poverty, natural disaster, famine, and disease; and to children living on Native American reservations in the U.S.
We are collecting items for boxes. May is “TOYS” month (the most fun month!) (Please place them in the bins to the left of the sanctuary doors as you enter.)
2019 Shoebox Gifts Traveled to the Ends of the Earth! 10,569,405 Shoebox Gifts were collected. Many children around the world have never heard the Gospel message of eternal life in Jesus Christ. They live in hard-to-reach, impoverished communities where parents struggle to provide the basics. Rarely do the children receive a present that's just for them. For the first time, these children heard that God loves them. This has resulted in evangelism, discipleship, and multiplication across the world!
